Yesterday, Saturday 22nd August, during a club run, one of my club mates and a friend suffered a heart-attack and sadly passed in hospital that night.
Thoughts are with his friends and family during this devastating time.
I was just reading an author saying that despite their love of words, there are times when they are totally inadequate. This is such a time.
